1. Multi-surface Chemical Bonding
PANAVIA SA LUTING MULTI features two innovative functional monomers:
-
MDP monomer — forms a strong chemical bond to enamel, dentin, metals, and zirconia.
-
LCSi monomer (Long Carbon-Chain Silane Coupling Agent) — bonds directly to silica-based ceramics such as lithium disilicate without needing separate silane treatment.
This dual-monomer system provides high bond strength and simplified procedures.
2. Fluoride Release & Radiopacity
The cement releases fluoride, which can help protect against secondary caries.
It also offers excellent radiopacity, making it easily visible on X-rays for post-cementation evaluation.
3. Easy Application & Flexible Use
-
Dual-cure capability ensures complete polymerization even in deep or opaque restorations.
-
Available in hand-mix or automix types for user convenience.
-
No separate primer or silane required in most cases.
-
Suitable for a wide range of substrates and clinical situations.
